Pep’s is a French group that plays rock, R&B, and reggae. Formed in 2001, Pep’s is based in Grenoble.

Tribal King is a French duet comprising of David and Nony. Tribal King features a mix of pop, R&B, and reggae dancehall.

Zebda was a French musical group from Toulouse who was known for a wide variety of musical styles as well as for the group’s political activism. Unfortunately though, the group disbanded in 2003.

Sinsemilia, also known as Sinsé, is a reggae band that was formed in Grenoble in 1990. The name of the group is very similar to the cannabis plants sensimilia, which are the female plants that have not been fertilized by a male plant and thus without seeds. The group first used this name in concert at the Fête de la Musique in 1991, referring to the reggae album Sinsemilia by Black Uhuru. This first concert drew one thousand attendants, and in the following fifteen years more than one million albums have been sold.
